How to find Call Center Jobs Manila and Philippines.

Hello and welcome to my hub, this hub is for people looking for call center jobs but not only that, it is for existing staff to pick up some tips through guides of which I will add over time.

A Bit about me.


I have worked in Sales for almost 15 years now, as an Agent, Team Manager and Trainer. I have also handled numerous applications and recruited for a number of call center jobs. Therefore I want to combine all of this together and focus it all into a call center recruitment company, offering the right people for the right jobs, and helping to not only place but provide a source of tips and advice for people who so wish to read or ask questions.


The Call Center Industry in Manila


The Call Center industry in the Philippines is huge and growing fast, it offers a fun and fast paced working environment and offers also many opportunities to develop yourself and work your way from agent to Team Manager or Trainer, and beyond in quite a relatively short space of time. A majority are based in Manila, however other areas are growing fast.

Tips for Overcoming an Objection

Overcoming objections

Step 1: Acknowledge

The first step is to listen to the objection, understand the reason for the objection, for example price you will then repeat back the problem to them for example

“Mr Mr Smith, so I understand the problem is the price?”

Step 2: Empathise

“yes I understand, we are more expensive than <company>”

Or simply agree with them.

Step 3: Isolate the problem

“So apart from the price, is there anything else that attracts you to <the other company>”?

Then if you are in the position to save them money and have abstained there are no other reasons to go elsewhere then it should be a simple close, if however there are more reasons, Acknowledge then also, Empathise and overcome.

Step 4: Overcoming the objection

If it is a new sale then what attracted them to call you in the first place? Try and find this out and use it to your advantage to close the deal, likewise with an existing customer for retentions staff, what attracted them to the service in the first place?

And more importantly BELIEVE you can overcome it, be confident, the second you show doubt so will the customer!!!!
